Centurion Construction did a major renovation in my house over a period of three to four months. An entire floor of my house was gutted to the studs and completely rebuilt including the addition of an entirely new bathroom, a laundry room, multiple dormers, and skylights, as well as completely redoing all the electrical, insultations, flooring, drywall, heating, etc. Kirk and his team were completely meticulous in all their work and everything was built and finished to the highest possible standard.  Kirk did a great job keeping the project moving forward at a rapid pace and ensuring trades were always lined up to ensure the project didn’t drag on which is greatly appreciated during a live in renovation.  He is extremely pleasant and professional to interact with at all times and was in constant communication throughout the project to answer any questions and address any concerns. Likewise, he was very involved in contracting the project and was always available to answer and address any concerns that arose with various trades that came through the house which in this project included separate trades for drywall, plumbing, electrical, hardwood flooring, tile, HVAC, ducting, insulation, roofing, glass work (shower and stairs) and painting. There were more moving parts than I’d have imagined, and Kirk made the entire process extremely pleasant and seamless. Couldn’t be happier with the project and would highly recommend Centurion Construction
